While they worked hard each day, they were still most accommodating of our needs as homeowners. They moved their equipment several times so that we could be on time for personal commitments, they worked quietly and efficiently (except for the sounds of their equipment, we would hardly have known they were here), and when they were finished, they carefully cleaned our basement before their departure. We enjoyed our experience with Tim, Dan, and Ty, and we’re well pleased with the work they did. "

"When I contacted All Dry I was gun shy. This would have been my 4th contractor I would have to deal with. All theee prior told me something completely different and tried to take advantage of my limited knowledge. From the get go, All Dry Basement made me feel extremely comfortable. Todd and his team answered my questions thoroughly and were always available for my questions . The work that was done was amazing, he was punctual everyday and worked some nights until 8pm until the work was completed. It is like a different world in the crawlspace, the smell is gone, all of the debris were cleaned out and. Brought to the dump, a vapor seal was installed, a dehumidifier for the moisture, one entryway to the crawlspace was closed up and the main entrance was re worked for easier access. Blocks from the foundation were grouted because the blocks were dead, , floor joists were spay flames and the House is now Warmer. I couldn’t be more please wth the quality of work All Dry Basement did at my home. They were professional and amazing and I would 100% recommend them. My stress level has decreased a million percent because after two years I found a company that was honest from the get go and their work shows it!!!! HIRE THEM FOR YOR CRAWLSPCE AND BASEMENT NEEDS. "Mike G., W'vliet -They did a great job on my basement, outer foundation and the foundation of my garage. They also dug a drain to prevent water from getting in. They got to work and got the job done, and used whatever was needed - - steel mesh, mortar, power wash, etc.. Chad and his crew were very courteous, professional and respectful of my property and my neighbors'. Chad also said to call him if there were any issues (which I don't expect). More importantly, they ACTUALLY SHOW UP. Chad responded immediately to my request for an estimate/evaluation, and he had his crew there within 2 days of the estimate. Other companies either never showed up, never called back, etc. Chad came right over. His crew did a great job and were always courteous and helpful. I'm glad I called them - otherwise, my basement and garage would just be getting progressively worse, waiting for people who don't show up. Now, the basement's one less thing I need to worry about. "We had a great experience with Westside Building and Restoration, Inc. Initially, we called Westside to look at our front and back porch roofs. Alan advised that the front porch only need very little minor repair, to correct the drainage. And the back roof would need considerable more. I was afraid to hear what that would cost. I was able to do my own research prior to committing and Alan's cost to repair the back porch roof was right on par and a little better. The team arrived on time from the onset, finished the job without delay and went over all of the repairs. With that being said, I asked Alan to do a few more minor repairs such as installing a window and repair the hinges, wood work on the carport doors. Buckey took the extra step to put vinyl on the top portion of the doors to prevent future wood rot. Buckey and Chris was so kind, wonderful to talk too and so professional. My neighbors stopped by to see the final jobs and was so impressed, now Alan has new customers. The Westside office team always responded to my text or emails if we had questions.
