"Had huge foundation problems at a project of mine on the waterfront. We used terrafirma to both waterproof the entire basement AND lift the foundation. 10/10 would recommend. extremely communicative, very knowledgeable, and even brought a crew in from Oregon to help us stay on schedule. Oscar and jorge got the job done extremely quickly and Seth was fantastic as my project manager."

"The work i wanted to do is different from what they do . HomeAdvisor did not suggest the right company for my project"

"Removed old fiberglass insulation that at one time was rodent infested. Removed old plastic ground cover sheeting. Installed new ground cover black plastic sheeting and new fiberglass insulation. This was in the basement crawl space in my 9-unit apartment building. Very satisfied with the work - they were very responsive to some follow up work - would definitely recommend ."

"Foundation Repairs - We had dry rotted wooden posts due to concrete pads being buried below the dirt. Wu Construction replaced the posts/ piers and placed new concrete pads on top of the existing to raise them above the dirt. I had some questions and Victor Wu followed up with me. Victor is very professional, honest and fairly priced. I would recommend them to anyone who needed these services as well."

"I have a 1906 cottage in N Seattle, with an old porous foundation. Water came into the basement for the first time in 20 years. Another contractor bid the job at $12,000 after 3 site visits and almost a month. Andy came out to the house the same day I talked to him, and estimated the same job at half that price. He followed up with questions, asked about making another visit, came out again and saw that the drainpipe was disconnected at the top of the area being flooded. 75% of the roof's water was pooling against the house. He found a ladder and fixed it and isn't charging me a dime. So, no French drain, no Delta drain, no foundation treatment, no 50' of trenching, no $$$. Andy was timely, reliable, did what he said, and knows his stuff. He was a great communicator, and I feel so so lucky to have found him."

"Iconiq Construction Service did an amazing job finishing our basement. The team was professional, efficient, and detail-oriented. The results were outstanding, creating a functional and beautiful space. Highly recommend their services!"

"Excellent company! These guys did a great job of installing insulation in my attic as well as the removal of old insulation. Also, the clean-up job after the job was great too. The technicians were knowledgeable and friendly. No issue in recommending."

"The workers were on time. Very efficient. They did a blower door test and found the air leaks and insulated these areas. Blew installation above the garage, cleaned out the crawl space and put new installation there and basement. Found a water leak from my toilet,Thank goodness. Covered everything in the basement and swept and cleaned up after. I would recommend them!"

"I choose ACS because they quoted one of the better prices and did the best job of showing thier ability to do the work. I was not disapointed. They were very easy and flexible to work with. They were expedient and proficient with a somewhat involved basement remodel including a complete new foundation and slab. Trust was never an issue."

"They quickly assessed the situation, gave a reasonable quote, and were very proficient and professional. My condo unit was under contract and a water leak caused by another unit needed to be repaired asap and they did it. Also kept me well informed."
