"I had thought I purchase two hours of electrical service only to be informed that the actual work scope was essentially limited to changing light bulbs, fixtures on an existing circuit, or trouble shooting an existing problem....things that I can handle for the most part on my own. Even if I had all the materials to add a fixture onto an existing circuit, that was not considered part of the contracted scope. The work was done quick, I had no problems no complains with them. 

Thee lights burn out within a couple of weeks that they put them in and then I had to replace them the one's that I replaced are still working so I end thinking that they may have used either cheap light or old lights, the light bulb that went in. It wasn't a big deal but I'm not going to give them an a on that part.

"My problem involved my outdoor sprikler system. The system has 24 operating stations with well over 250 heads, so it is fairly expansive. On a Friday night I was running the whole system when I realized stations 1 thru 8 were not operating. The next morning (Saturday) I checked each of the 1 thru 8 stations directly at the valves. I could operate manually so I thought I had an electrical problem from control box to the valves in the yard. Nightmare. Somewhere the electrical current had to have been cut .

I called Tom on Saturday morning and he answered the phone directly. I explained the situation and he said he could come out that afternoon. I said I did not want to pay extra for weekend work and he said he does not charge extra for weekend work so we agreed to meet the next day, Sunday at 11:00. He arrived on time and gave me a call before he arrived to let me know he was on his way. After inspecting  the system he found the problem pretty quickly. Rats had eaten through the electrical wiring  at the wall in the garage where the line went outside causing the sytem to malfunction. He repaired the line and the system works perfectly.

Tom was ontime and upfront explaining the problem as well as personable. The charge for the work was reasonable. (He was on site for 90 minutes, but only charged for 60 minutes)"
