He noted where a tile had been placed  elsewhere on the roof near the seam of a window or skylight (I forget) and commented that that wasn't best practice. The  owner stated I would need a repair (or new roof) for my garage maybe by next year. I asked for a general idea of the cost of a new roof which he provided. He was very professional and personable. No one showed at my first appointment because  of a scheduling mixup within the owner's office. The owner tried to make up for this  at the end of his visit by removing the moss by hand that was growing on a section of roof that  will need repair/replacement soon.
