While talking to him I learned that they also install gutters so I asked for two quotes, one for the roof only and one for roof and gutters. After I decided to move forward with the latter we agreed on a date. Because of rain in the forecast we wound up pushing the start date a few days in order to ensure that the roof is replaced in dry weather. Rudy and his crew were punctual and professional. "The owner saw the problem and did the repair in very little time. He took a photo of the problem to show me which I appreciated. He noted where a tile had been placed  elsewhere on the roof near the seam of a window or skylight (I forget) and commented that that wasn't best practice. The  owner stated I would need a repair (or new roof) for my garage maybe by next year. I asked for a general idea of the cost of a new roof which he provided. He was very professional and personable. No one showed at my first appointment because  of a scheduling mixup within the owner's office. The owner tried to make up for this  at the end of his visit by removing the moss by hand that was growing on a section of roof that  will need repair/replacement soon.
