First I needed a gutter replaced and he was able come out and give me a quote within the next day or so. After I let him know that I wanted him to do the work he came out in the next few days and got it done fast and for the exact price he quoted. I also had Geno quote me for a couple different projects around the house. Ended up going with him to replace the roof. He was helpful when rescheduling due to weather and the they were able to complete the job and cleanup in a day. "     He was pleasant and thoroughly professional.  He called before he arrived to tell us he was in transit.  He asked thoughtful questions to diminish his impact on working in our house while we were there.  He took off his shoes when he worked inside and wore an interior sock shoe. He spread down a thick towel whenever he put window or screen panels on the floor.
     Even tho it rained  hard all day, he did not cancel.  He did 3/4ths of the work from inside. ( the inside of the window, both sides of the storm panels and the screen)  The next day he came back to do the exterior of the windows that had to be reached from the outside and by ladder.
     When he finished all glass surfaces were sparkling clean and streak free.    The screens were freed of years of grime and returned to their aluminum color. My windows look brand new in this 88 year old house.
     My husband and I are feeling pleased with the renewed light flowing from our clean windows.   I am very glad I found him on Angie's List.  I will use him again.!!!

Price-wise, Ivan was the most expensive, but the quality or product and experience to work with were worth it. He gave me a quote on the spot, agreeing to email it to me for further consideration. Once chosen, he worked both Saturday and Sunday until the job was complete, even installing little hooks so we can mount Christmas lights on the gutters with the Gutterglove product installed. I would certainly recommend him and use him for future projects if they come up.
