"High pressure tactic!!! Constantly calling & badgering you to have work done. I have used them before but had issues with trying to schedule them. I like to be home when they come because I have 4 dogs. They do not listen and would repeatedly text me to come that day or morning. This time I told them the end of October or beginning of November. This is finally giving in as they started texting me in August. I told them to wait till my leaves fully drop which are next to gutters. They came this past Thursday- never texted me they were coming though he CLAIMED he did. I have no record. My neighbor (I live in a twin) said my dogs were barking wildly. He is not well and did not appreciate it (thats why I want to be home). They lied and said they texted. Came without notifying me!!! I am thru h this company & their constant call and texts. They prey on older people and do not listen to . Will NEVER use this lame high pressure tactics business again. Do yourself a favor & look elsewhere!!!"

He then came out grinded the grout damaged our stone, took samples of our grout to match and never saw him again!! he took our money, screwed up our steps and ran!!! BEWARE"
