He was punctual and very knowledgable and gave us some much needed information on how the system works and answered a bunch of questions for us. We then decided it might be nice to upgrade our system to something more modern (i.e. get rid of the gold trimmed glass and get a system with a remote). He recommended an awesome place for us to go to where we had an equally great experience. After the system came in, Paul picked it up for us and brought it with him for the install. "That was fine. That was a year ago. It was good. I end up spending $500. I wasn't expecting to spend that much, because they did a bunch of other things. I wasn't even there when they came. I was only expecting to get my chimneys cleaned and then they recommended I get the caps and spent more and I guess I needed the chimney caps, as well."
