"First off Rob is a TRUE Professional! We just had new carpet and tile installed throughout the house from a big box store. They removed and replaced trim where they laid tile but not carpet. This left us with mismatched base moulding. Rob was able to correct. Corners are tight, heights are matching, and everything it clean! Courteous, exacting and top notch! He knows how to read directions and when the door was completed in under 30 minutes it worked perfectly. He is a perfectionist and very neat workman. When he was finished I asked him to complete another job I had been putting off; Removing and cleaning the down spout in front of my house; He did it and also took the time to add a leaf catcher so It wont have to be removed again. "We had an old deck that needed to be replaced.  When the old deck came down we had to do some grading of the soil.  Jim worked with us to schedule himself and the tractor work to make this happen.  The new deck exceeds our expectations.  Jim has great attention to detail and made sure that every part of the deck looked correct and pleasing to the eye.  We added string lights and outdoor lights to the project and he was happy to add that as well.  It is very hard to find people who are excited about your project and take ownership of it.  We found that in Jim and his team!  We are SUPER happy and would reccommend Jim to anyone.

He also noted some vinyl siding damage caused by squirrels and agreed to repair it since they also do siding. He was very relaxed and personable and made a good impression so I decided to go with him. I had already talked with another Angie List A+ rated contractor who spent the whole time badmouthing all other roofers. Very obnoxious.
