"Todd installed three new interior/exterior doors for us. Two of which are steel and fire rated, and the third is a larger, entryway door, with sidelights. All of the doors look beautiful, they open and close perfectly, and the air leaking we had with our old doors, is gone! Thank you, Todd! If you are looking for a door or window installer, you will find Todd to be professional, as well as very knowledgeable about, and experienced in this work. He even explained to me what he was doing at each step, so I could see and understand his process of installation, including sealing the door into the frame, and maximizing the insulation around it. He was also very thorough in discussing lock options for our doors, and helping me choose the most secure locks for our home. I'm glad we hired Todd, and we feel so much warmer and more secure in our home because of his help. "

"We are very happy with the work product of the privacy fence built on my garage deck. The privacy fence matches the other sections of the fence that already exist which was the goal. It did take a couple calls to get a start date after a period of not hearing anything since the deposit was paid. In addition, once the work was complete, I was sent an updated invoice and was told it was due to the increased cost of lumber since the estimate. There was a lumber charge which was reasonable and the estimate did say the cost could change. What I didn’t appreciate was that an additional charge of added for labor for an assistant that was not included in the original estimate or discussed prior to work starting. The company removed the fee without argument when questioned. If I hadn’t compared the new invoice to the estimate and questioned it, I would have thought it was the lumber charge. My recommendation is to be a smart consumer and be sure to compare the estimate with the final invoice."

It took him no time at all to remove the screws and replace the bad deadbolt with a new one. He also seemed very trustworthy. He went above and beyond to work with my schedule to get in as quickly as possible to get the job done in time for a village inspection and closing on the sale of the home. I tell you that young man was very professional, charismatic, attentive, knowledgeable, patient, precise and detailed. My posts are straight, even, lined up and the foot of the post he installed looks uniformed too. The young man Phillip knows what he is doing and is great at it. He took his time to make sure the measurements were spot on and he finished digging and installing all 5 post holes well under 3 hours. I will most definitely hire him again for any future projects.
