Edison Chae (the owner) listened to what we wanted, made good suggestions, submitted a proposal that was reasonably priced, and did what he promised and more for the proposal price. He and his crew were pleasant and professional. They left the site clean. He even went with us to a wholesale garden company to select new plantings that would work well on our property and please us. Thr crew improved the working of our sprinkler system by relocating or repairing some sprinklers and adjusting all of them to give us better watering coverage. They also removed some tree limbs where we needed more sunlight. Finally, he came back to overseed any areas that had not come in so well."

He just pulled out the old pipe and slid in the new one with disturbing the lawn or walkway, they fixed the sidewalk and swept up. Very efficient."
