"Our friends were amazed that we had the full replacement cost of our roof reimbursed by our insurance company! If we had not engaged Signature to work with us and our insurance company, we may have paid less but we would not have been fully reimbursed for the cost of the very expensive roof of our large historic home in Concord. Signature Exteriors coordinated the replacement of the shingle and flat roof of the main house as well as the detached shingles on the garage roof. It took over 6 months from when we first contacted Signature to when the roofers actually came because of the back and forth dialogue with the insurance company. However, when they did come, despite several major storms in the Spring, they moved fairly quickly to complete the job. We would recommend that clients with extensive landscaping around their homes consider having roofing work done in the winter when there is less chance that their plants are impacted. We did have some collateral damage to our shrubs and flowers from the debris, and Signature offered to reimburse for the damage but most of the damage was superficial. We especially liked working with Jen and Michael, the gutter subcontractor. She was very professional and he was very efficient."

Connor is amazing, very personable, answered all of our questions, explained the process to us, helped us with our claim, kept in contact with us every step of the way. When the insurance adjuster came to inspect our roof, Connor made sure he was here to go over the damages with the adjuster. Our roof was installed yesterday and it looks amazing.
