After trying to contact several roofing contractors, Dialed In sent someone over to take a look. It was too late in the season for them to do the roof replacement last year, but they kindly sent one of their guys to do a temporary repair to get me through the winter. They did the temporary fix for no charge, with the agreement that I would have them do the roof and gutters this year. They were very nice to work with. Their crews were very efficient and had the space cleaned up as soon as the job was complete. I highly recommend."

"I couldn't be more pleased with the quality of the  work and the fact that his word meant something.   He kept me informed on when he ordered the materials and what he would be doing.  If he said he would be removing the sidewalk on a certain day, I knew that is the day it was happening.   He always asked  for my input  if there were any  questions.   <br /> My old concrete in the sidewalk, driveway and garage  was cracked and parts were raising up.  The stoop had started to fall away from the house even though I had it raised a few years ago.    This was all taken out.  When they tore out my sidewalk, I had them take out the  three small bushes that were between the house and the sidewalk.  I wanted the new sidewalk curved  and farther from the house.   The area between the house and sidewalk was turned into a flower bed. All the replacement concrete is very white and makes my place look completely different.   The two flagstone paths were well worth the price. The new concrete and flag stone paths  really give my house curb appeal. <br />"

"It was discovered during a fireplace insert project that the flashing around my chimney was installed incorrectly and leaked causing the wood to rot. Ganser came, matched the siding and did the work to replace all the wood etc. It looks great and the fireplace insert project commenced without a hitch. They were professional, courteous and, although were booked months out, actually were able to come earlier than expected. THEN Marc came and did an "Aloha" meeting with me to see if I had any questions or concerns. I will definitely call them in the spring to fix some siding problems (not related to their work)."

Elite uses an online program (also has a mobile app) to layout the plan and track progress as well as handle communication. I found this was extremely helpful for my wife and I to use as we could check on things and add our own pictures and questions. My wife and I now have a fantastic completely remodeled master bathroom and we couldn't be happier."
