"We submitted a request for a bid and received a call from the owner, Mark, on a Saturday. He came right over, reviewed our needs and listened to my feedback. Mark was very thorough and identified a few deficiencies with our current gutters and drainage, he submitted a bid on the spot. After considering other bids, we decided to go with Mark and his team for new 6" seamless gutters and 3"x4" downspouts . Mark texted a few days ahead of their arrival to confirm the schedule. On install day, he and his team arrived on time and started promptly. Mark communicated very effectively and ensured we were comfortable with all downspout locations and path. They added several extensions to ensure we were comfortable with the drainage location of all downspouts. All of the work occurred during the current shutdowns related to COVID19. Anthony came to my house on a Monday to determine if I needed to replace my sump pump (I had seen slight amount of water following a huge storm) and possibly install a back-up battery unit. He recommended a new sump pump to replace my old system (original to the house), but advised me NOT to spend the extra money on a back-up battery unit. He could have easily have told me to spend that additional cash on a back-up, but instead won a customer for life with his honesty and integrity.
