"Theo, the owner is great as an HVAC pro. We asked him to come out for the tune-up going into the summer season. He checked, very thoroughly, both our units. One was good to go, but the other one needed 6lbs of freon. Theo explained everything and showed us everything that he checked. He even tried to work with our home warranty company to see if they would cover the cost of repair/replacement, but they would not. Theo gave us our options and we asked him for his honest recommendation. He said a new unit. Ours is nearly 20 years old and has been repaired several times recently. We went with a new unit and he was able to install it within two days of us talking. He made sure the installation was smooth and with minimal interruptions.
