"Fast work. Great communication up until trying to communicate with project manager. Was told everything would be completed within two days. The roof was done in one which was awesome, but I am still waiting on gutters a week later and won't be given a day/time for them. Just keep being told "early next week" or "tomorrow". Sales portion and inspection went great. Fantastic everything up until the install."

"The sales rep Tim was very professional and patient with me. Throughout the sales process he listened to all my concerns and explained the process from beginning to end. I know that I would have problems with wood replacement and tim made sure to make note of that. During the install there was a miscommunication with the crew and that lead to inadequate wood repair in the beginning. At this point I called the project manager Walter and explained the situation to him. Shortly after Walter came to my house with the field manager Mike and they both did a more thorough inspection of the wood repair and we came to the solution that best fit my home. After the wood repair incident everything went very smoothly. The crew worked very hard and did beautiful work after they took care of the newly installed wood. Overall the experience good. There was a problem but the way the company responded was great and I was very happy with the final outcome of the project."

"The roof was completed one week ago yesterday ( 11-04-22 ). Excellent cleanup after install. Still waiting for gutter and downspout install."

"We had our roof and seamless gutters replaced by Legacy Home Improvements. We were very pleased with Kourtney who helped us through the entire process. She responded to our emails, texts and concerns promptly and professionally unlike the other roofing companies that we contacted. Highly recommended!"

"I would totally recommend this company! Ariel went above and beyond for me when replacing my roof and gutters! Ariel would call me and let me know he was on the way or if he was running even 5 minutes behind. My house looks great and I will be using them again come spring to start replacing some of my windows. Thank you Ariel! Your crew was great, too."
