"The day before the service, received reminder by e-mail. Day of service, received e-mail with handyman's photo and description. They were on time, actually a little early. Had Cov-id protection. Gave very detailed information on process. Did great work. They couldn't get original trim for the bottom of the shed door; they had to "make it". Loved the whole experience. Can't wait for the doors to come in. I thought the price was reasonable. I actually had already purchased some of the repair material and they were happy to use that. Lon was great when he came to do estimate. Jason and Orlando were excellent with the work - patient, informative, respectful. knowledgeable, careful with my property. Can't wait for the doors."

"My first time using Angie's List proved to be well worth it! I saw a deal for replacement windows through American Jewel Window Systems for a pretty good price, 5 windows for $1499. I ordered them and met with Chuck who came to my home to take the initial measurements. He was extremely friendly and knowledgeable! He showed me the options and gave me the estimate. The deal did not include the screens, which cost at an additional $10 each. The following week, the installer came by to take more measurements. Two weeks later, the company called me for an install date. 
The two installers came and were absolutely perfect. They brought in all the supplies, removed the old windows, took caution and placed cloth tarp, installed the new windows, sealed them properly, and cleaned up after themselves. I was amazed at how fast and quietly they worked. What a difference in warmth replacing a few windows can do. The rooms where the windows were replaced were always very cold. Chuck had told me I would see a huge difference when getting rid of my old aluminum ones for brand new vinyl ones. We were so pleased with the initial 5 windows, that we contacted them again and replaced an additional 11 windows in our home. 
I am extremely happy and satisfied with this decision. My house is warmer and I felt that I received a really great deal!

"The boards on the porch of our house were rotting and needed to be
replaced, during the quoting process we decided on the materials to use we wanted Ipe boards (Expensive at $6.25 per linear foot ... but we felt well worth the price) Trust Builders LLC gave us the best quote of all received ranging between $13,000
to $22,000.  They came to our house after getting all of the necessary permits and arranging a trash skip.  Jim the foreman and master carpenter modeled supports for the roof that was sagging, removed the columns and boarding. 
The framing and footings under the porch were then inspected and found to be unsuitable for use.  Further funding was
required for the new footings and framing, these were added to the original quote of $13,000 and came to around $2000 (cost price for materials).
The porch was completed to spec and within budget within two weeks.
We are thrilled with the new porch and are probably going to hire Trust Builders LLC to build out our attic space."
