Separate carpet for living room: Ed found the perfect brick red, and the twins installed a perfectly bound rug, moved and replaced furniture, left a bound runner for the kitchens. Outstanding. "Unprofessional. Most measurements are off. Custom doors are gapped and the hardware isn't even lined up. 6 months later the paint and wood are chipping, and today a hinge fell out of the door (the wood is stripped and broke off of the screws). I've waited a long time to write this review. I didn't want to have to leave a terrible review, but the honest truth is this business is somewhat of a scam. There is no care or pride in the work. When reading reviews from 2016 they sound glowing. There may have been one point when this business was going well. There are so many things wrong with our project, in hindsight I wish I had paid a couple thousand extra and gone to Home Depot or Loews where I know it's an accountable business that will back up their work."
