"We had Planchon come out to check on our roof after we experienced a pretty bad leak after the 2/8/15 rain.  We had some serious damage inside the house and wanted to make sure the roof was water tight.  
They came out and did the work they outlined, I can't speak to the quality of the work as our roof is old and I did not go up there, though another roofer came out and said that the work looked good.
Our issue with this company is their complete lack of responsiveness.  In order to get on their schedule, I had to call them 3 different times, each time, they reassured me that someone would call me back.  I got an answer on the 3rd try as to when they would come out and fix the roof.
After that, we noticed that our roof was still leaking. We learned from yet another roofer that we would need to have a new roof put on the house. My husband called them 2 different times for someone to come out and give us an estimate.  3 weeks later and still no call back.  Needless to say, we found someone else to replace our roof.
We would've totally been a repeat customer if they ever came out to estimate the job. It would appear that they're busy enough and not really interested in new business.

"We had received bids from four different companies for a metal roof system, with battens. Three of the bids (including this one) were in the $12k-$14k range, and there was one that was over $18k. We have a custom, contemporary house, that provides a few challenges for roofing. What won us over was the expertise and knowledge of Raymond, who was able to provide us with details how they would handle the skylight, roof edges, gutters, etc., that nobody else provided. The first crew to show up was the tear-off crew, who didn't have a clue about our actual project. However, after a couple of phone calls, we were assured that we would get what we wanted. The actual roofing crew took only two days, working 12-hour days without complaining. They were professional, and picked up after themselves each day, and worked with us on our chimney issue. Our new roof has a 50-year, transferable warranty, and we're very pleased. I would definitely use these guys again."
