"Trying to find a roofer in this area was surprisingly difficult.
We called three local listings and only Diaz showed up to give us an estimate. 
This group is fantastic and they are very busy with very good reason.
I rang to set up a date that worked with our schedule and was asked if Saturday at 7am would work.
Saturday was great for us.
7am: The Diaz team showed up and began tearing off the old shingles
8am: New roofing material showed up.
12pm: We did the inspection and very happy with the service and clean up, paid the bill.

"Jeremy came out and replaced all of our gutters with seamless gutters recommended larger downspouts. He made the entire new material aesthetically pleasing! Downspouts are flip up for ease of landscaping. He was very honest, reliable and communicative. One of my neighbors even came over to get his contact info for his house. "Purchased Angie's deal.  It was a bit difficult coordinating the appointment. After that, the original appointment was cancelled last minute due to worker injury  Owner promptly rescheduled for the following week with someone else.  I received courtesy call and workers showed up on time. Gutters on a small ranch home were cleaned in under 30 minutes.  The equipment left more of a mess at the back of my house than I'd anticipated. (On siding, windows and objects below.) In all fairness, the gutters were in bad shape with lots of accumulated debris. This is the first time I've had gutters cleared  on our newly purchased house, so this may just be a common side effect of the work. I have no basis of comparison. Overall, the experience was good and I feel like I paid a fair price.
