"We noticed last spring that we had some flashings sticking up around a couple stacks on the roof.  I found a Big Deal Arthur King on Angie's list that included roof inspection up to $100 of time towards repairs.  Arthur King showed up on time, inspected our roof.  They were able to re-flatten and seal the flashings and no other issues were found (yeah!). 
They also mentioned that they had a can of roofing paint that they had left over from another job.  So while they were up there, they offered to paint silver metallic looking flashings / stacks.  No additional charge.  I hadn't even thought about the aesthetics (I was worried about future water / wind damage).   But that was a great suggestion and the paint was definitely a better than the silver bare metal look.   They blew all the leaves / debris off the roof for us and left the area neat and clean.
