"John was great, from estimate to install. I wasn't home to watch install but couldn't even tell they had been there other than my gutters were done. No trace of garbage, metal cutouts or screws left behind. Highly recommend them for your gutter install. Price was very competitive."

"Overall a good job. They were able to finish in a day plus a a couple hours the next morning. They look nice but there are a few areas where the gutters are not level, tilted, or gaps. Cutting and angles on a few were a little messy and not seamless. I?m happ with the gutter covers, but again a few area where the covers are not uniform in their transition from one to another and shingles are lifted. Plan to call back and have a few things fixed."

"Excellent service. Chad (the owner) was thorough, punctual, and easy to work with. Has a lot of colors to choose from. Gutters blend in with the house beautifully."

"Awesome job on the new seamless gutters they just installed. I would recommend them to anyone. As a matter of fact my next door neighbor just spoke with the crew chief and wants his house done too. Your people are very kind and friendly. Thanks"

"They dont list tile roof repair on the web site, they should, they do it very well. And they should put a sign in the yard while on site working. Did an outstanding job replacing the underlayment under my tile roof. Every thing was new except the tile. 40lb paper the metal vents and the metal vallys to channel water. New drip edge and bird stop where it needed. Replaced water damaged wood, and painted the exposed underside that could be seen, and touched up the the wood under where the tile hangs over. Most not noted in the contract, that's how they do it. Showed up same time every day, and finished on Sunday morning because of rain that nite. Very happy with the work and a very fair price compared to 2 other quotes for same work. Thank You Austin, Great Job"

"Njegos and his team were absolutely wonderful. Very professional and experienced in what they do. They completed the gutter install in just a few hours and it looked great."

"This team repaired & rebuilt our front porch, installed new railings, power washed the entire house & two-level deck, repainted the shutters & exterior doors, and installed new gutters, gutter covers & downspouts . The team showed up when promised, worked steadily till the entire job was done, and cleaned up everything beautifully after. We are very happy with the work; I would recommend Anthony Holden and his team unreservedly."

"The gutter installation went wonderfully the guys were on time and preformed the job amazingly they were very quick and cleaned up after themselves I will definitely recommend MGD to anyone who needs gutters on their property"

"This was an Angie's deal and I do not remember the cost.
I had had some minor leaking around the exhaust hood vent and another leak seemingly from around a vent on the roof in close approximatety to the kitchen sink during the past year or two, which is why I had purchased the deal. The shingles have a 30 year guarantee, the roof is about 12 years old. Several months ago I called Arthur King to schedule the inspection, a few days later I was aware someone or someones on the roof of my home. I did not receive a phone call or any sort of inspection report so assumed there issues, areas or concernfound or areas in need of repair, until the first monsoon/storm this summer.  When went ariund 4:00 or 5:500 I sI woke up to find  flooded floor and water pouring out of my ceiling in both those areas in my kitchen.  Despite my best efforts at cleaning up the 6 plus incomehes of water, setting spoke to the The water leaks around the vents in the kitchen was must likely due to the high winds as th.  Every at had also happened to many other homeowners for the first time with these storms. I would be more confident on that being the cause if these storms had been the first time. Everyone I spoke with at Arthur King were pleasant, and they did not charge me for the additional work, but I am not confident have thar aae problem has been located and repaired.o

"We had some rotted wood on our fascia boards that made selling our home impossible (buyer had a VA loan with strict termite inspection requirements). With very little lead time, Tony from Dr. Do Property Maintenance was able to come out and replace the wood rotted fascia boards. He did his work in a professional workmanlike manner and I was very pleased with the results. He's friendly and easy to work with and I would recommend him to anyone looking for fast, capable, and friendly service."
