"We had some shingles that had blown off on the back bay of our house that we needed repaired. I requested a quote from 6 companies that I found on Angies List, the majority I never heard from. Derek, the owner of Prime Square Construction, contacted me almost immediately and gave me a quote based on the photo I sent. He said he could be out the next day to do the work. He was timely, professional and honest. I could tell that he is very passionate about his work. In addition to the repair of the shingles on the back bay, Derek inspected the entire roof and repaired a cap that had a crack in it, this was above and beyond. "The crew arrived early in the morning, with about 15 men. They tore the old roof off, including old-style can vents, and added soffit vents to clear previously installed soffit vents. They replaced plywood decking on a sunroom roof as needed, as well as other bits that needed replacement. They added a new ridge vent and dimensional GAF Timberline shingles and extra weatherproofing at the gutter line. The crew was extremely efficient, from tear-off to final clean-up. 
I would recommend this company and the roofing product highly. They are a Master Installer, with verification from GAF. The price was competitive. The salesperson was communicative, and provided material and project management on time and as needed."

"Ken did an excellent job. Over four days he replaced 17 windows, a patio door, and a storm door. He also replaced the interior trim around several of the windows. They arrived on time every day and worked efficiently. They cleaned up after themselves every day and were very professional.
