Get matched with top seamless metal gutters repairers in Washington, DC

"Overall a good job. They were able to finish in a day plus a a couple hours the next morning. They look nice but there are a few areas where the gutters are not level, tilted, or gaps. Cutting and angles on a few were a little messy and not seamless. I?m happ with the gutter covers, but again a few area where the covers are not uniform in their transition from one to another and shingles are lifted. Plan to call back and have a few things fixed."

"After years of unsuccessfully addressing water damage around windows in an upstairs room by focusing on the window frames and the brickwork around the windows, I asked W. E. Griffin Roofing (whom I had used previously for relatively minor roofing repairs) to evaluate whether the roof was a factor. Matt Hoffman determined that significant work had to be done including substantially rebuilding two dormers, removing and replacing valleys and flashing, and replacing the roof on the dormers. As in the case of previous and subsequent jobs, Griffin's work crew was very professional and conscientious at all times. They cleared all rubble and tools from the site every day, and the job was started and completed on schedule. In the 4 years since this work was done and the interior water damage repaired, there has been no further sign of water damage in that room. I completely trust the advice I have received from Matt Hoffman over the past 7 years since I first used W. E. Griffin. In addition to the work described above as well as routine preventive maintenance, I have also engaged the company to repair gutters, replace incorrectly installed snow guards, replace failed chimney flashing, fabricate and install catch boxes to prevent leaf blockage of downspouts, as well as routine preventive maintenance. I would recommend them without reservation."

"George took time to explain what repairs I needed on my gutters, chimney & crumbling house bricks. He told me recommended remedies and why these were needed to prevent further water damages to my house. The work was completed quickly & crew cleaned up when job was completed. The price for all work was reasonable. I would hire this company again for any brick/gutter repairs."

"Gutters replaced, woohoo! The salesman was polite and professional and the technician did an excellent job installing my gutters. I appreciate the personable and professional treatment from all involved from beginning to end."

"Likes 1. Cleaned gutters thoroughly (I had someone check with a drone) 2. Worked quickly 3. Repair job looked good. 4. Price is comparable to other companies. Dislikes 1. You do not know when they are coming. Office gives you a week window as to when they will get to you. 2. Techs didn't communicate when they were done. No paperwork, nada. 3. Emailed invoice said I had problems requiring immediate attention. I had to call them only to find out my siding needed a wash. This seems deceptive. 4. They charge up front. This is not common for me. Charge me when services are rendered, not a week prior. Their field staff did a good. I may consider rehiring in the future."

"The service at the estimate and office was excellent. George gave me a much needed education on slate roofs all of which I checked out. The fact he was so knowledgeable gave me comfort. When I hired them they scheduled the work and arrived and completed everything as scheduled. Not only did they repair the slate roof but they also replaced a flat roof over the porch. I was very happy. I would be remiss not mentioning Mary in the office. She maintained excellent communication throughout the entire process. Anytime I had a question she was able to contact George who called immediately. Everything on the business side went well."

"Cleaned gutters on two story colonial and also gutters on addition and two car garage.  Several gutters were badly in need of cleaning/unclogging.  Also, Vince adjusted several downspouts, added support brackets, and repaired a few supports on gutters.  We are very pleased with the work."

"The job went well.  I contracted with Corley Roofing & Sheet Metal., Inc. to install my gutters, downspouts, etc., because I was pleased with their installation of my roof several years ago. Corley subcontracted the job to Summerland Roofing & Gutters, Inc.  I was very pleased with Summerland's work.  They installed new aluminum gutters, downspouts, Leaf Relief gutter guards, drip edge, and new fascia board, where needed.  They also wrapped all the fascia board with white aluminum and cleaned up the debris from my yard.  The Summerland subcontractor was responsive to my questions and willingly corrected a problem I saw with the installation of a portion of the gutter guards.  Initially, I was apprehensive about the use of the subcontractor because I did not know anything about the company and the quality of its work. But John Corley assured me his company would stand behind the subcontractor's work and after the job was completed, he came to inspect the subcontractor's work at my request.

"We had a slow leak in our family room so Chris came out and did a thorough check of the roof and provided an estimate that was competitive and fair. He took photos to show us the source of the leak and other repairs that needed to be done. Even though our roof is 22 years old I appreciate that he did not try to upsell to roof replacement. During an estimate, a different roofer pointed out that we needed a drain pipe adjustment and a small piece of siding reinstalled so Chris was open to adding those fixes to stay competitive. He was accomodating throughout the process and provided photos of the completed work. He seems dedicated to customer service and intent on doing the best job he can, so we recommend Fairfax Roofing Solutions and will use them again if necessary.
