"I had a recommendation for another company, but it turns out that they don't work in my part of town, so followed that company's secondary recommendation for Best Service Company. I scheduled online, received a fairly prompt phone call to confirm the schedule. The technician showed up right at 2PM (for a 2PM-4PM window time). I explained the problem, what I had diagnosed so far, and told him my suspicion was a circuit board problem with the control panel board. He agreed that it was the likely culprit. However, in diagnosing the problem, the technician simply found a broken wire going into a relay. So what I was sure was going to be a $500 job turned into 15 minutes and a $157 repair bill. Amazing! I am extremely grateful for them not taking advantage of me and selling me a new board when I didn't need one - which they could have done without me blinking.
