However, there was a significant language barrier with the installers, which lead to come communication issues. The overall work looks good, but there were quite a few issues: the work took 5 days to complete; the porcelain was busted off both of my toilets, and all of the bolts for both toilets were missing; no caulk between the tub and tile floor; the installer used Liquid Nails because he did not have any white caulk on the top of the baseboards; the finished edge of my new carpet met with grout and the metal tack strip was pulled from the floor and left floating. All of the outstanding issues are things that I can fix but are the details that make a good job great."

He refused to come back and adjust it. I found Mark, he came the same and adjust it. Now I have hot water. On top of that, he went an extra mile, tightened the bath tub sprout and adjust my water pressure regulator. What a wonderful experience."
