One never called, one called 5 days after my message and one was gruff and said “it’ll be lot more to haul everything up to a third floor unit.” So I called Wall to Wall, initially because there was a Angie’s list coupon but I wanted laminate and the discount was for hardwood. In any event he came over about four days later. (He was on another job and it’s just Vance and his son, so there was a delay). I like that he said I could buy my flooring from anywhere I wanted, because I said I saw what I wanted and it was on sale. He said he would go pick it up once I did, if I just told the store to hold it. No extra charge! Then once he got going and pulled the carpet he discovered the floor underneath was a web of concrete cracks, and he had to fill those in with a number of coats of cement, and level it, putting him a day behind. Though that work added to my initial estimate, it was very reasonable. He did a great job doing that repair, and even fixed a closet door that was off the track and did a number of cosmetic finishes that really make the floor look wonderful!! He re-stained a pole in my condo and even touched up the stair banister to make it all blend. It all looks wonderful! I would highly recommend Vance from Wall to Wall!!"
