"I needed stucco repair work on an old chimney (and other spots). Grady was meticulous and thoughtful on what approaches and materials would work. Throughout the project they allocated sufficient time for each treatment to cure and inspected the work before proceeding to the next step. Grady started the project with no money down and only required ongoing payments for materials until the project was well underway. The final payment was due only after they did a final inspection. "I called Mike on Tuesday and he came out on Friday to diagnose the problem. He explained in detail why we had water in our basement and how he would fix it. They came the following week to fix it. They had to drill into the concrete inside our basement wall, lay a new pipe, and put new concrete over it. They also put new pipes outside our basement (connected to the downspout) to help the heavy downpour rains drain away from the house. They even pulled weeds at no extra cost- LOL. "First they arrived at the time they promised me.  They removed the brick wall which was falling apart.  They put the stone wall in with a barrier between the dirt and the new bricks.  They filled the new bricks with stone. After they finished the wall they cut a long hole in the concrete on  my patio for my flower bed without touching the light pole I have.  They cleaned up all the debris when they were done.  The job was completed in one day.  I am extremely pleased with the way it looks and with the professional and courteous way they worked. <br />"
