"I had a really bad shower and toilet clog so I decided to contact flo-maxx and they sent 2 professionals, Garret and Raymond to do the job but I wasn’t sure if they would be able to clear the drain, they definitely cleared it super quick and also cleaned my floor afterwards. They finally left but there was a small leak from the toilet water line and I called them and they came back again to check it and fix it, no big deal they did great! 10/10"

The main pipe under the basement foundation was clogged bad; however, J & S opened the line and fixed the problem. The employees (Daniel, Jorge, and Rosalio) were on time, very professional, and cleaned before leaving. Like any good chef, Jonathan surveyed the situation as he listened to a description of my problem. Obviously, this was not the Chefà ¢à  à  s first time seeing a lake on the front door of a home. The van doors swung open like a kitchen pantry and an auger was set in place. After a few minutes, the Chef did not like the tone of his auger rummaging through the sewer pipe. While talking about Singapore street food, the Chef did not miss a beat as he quickly changed utensils. Now a slightly bigger auger was dancing down the sewer pipe. The talk of Singapore fine dining was interrupted by the sound of successful auger punch through. Yes, the job was finished and done right. But the most amazing thing the Chef did was make time to follow up on his work. Birds of a feather flock together. I would like to think The Chicago Sewer Experts company is ripe with skilled journeymen the caliber of Chef Jonathan. Employees who care about excellent workmanship with a sense of pride and humor. "Daniel and co. did a very thorough job and informed me of what they were doing throughout the process. He was familiar with the flood control system a previous owner installed so he was able to identify the problem(s) quickly and get them fixed. He was straightforward and always quite open about the cost. We're kind of going to have to wait until the next big precipitation event to make sure the flood system is working again but at least there's no more water in our basement!"
