"3-19-19 Well, late fall arrived and it was time for my annual replacement of some window weather stripping. When I opened one of the casement windows it fell apart, completely rotted. It really was time for new windows. My friend and his relative chose Infinity Exteriors for their new windows and roof. Both were very pleased so we checked out Infinity’s showroom after doing some research. Their prices were very competitive and the quality of their Richlin vinyl windows was excellent. We chose to replace our windows in stages. The first story would be year one. We elected to replace the entire window units rather than just the sashes. It was January and two Infinity installers cut out and replaced fourteen windows (one at a time) in one day. The temperature in the house never went below 64 degrees. The installers did an excellent job and were very professional. The window woodwork was also replaced and the stain was a good match to our existing woodwork. Right after the install, Wisconsin was hit with a bunch of snow the the polar vortex. Minus 23 degrees air temperature is as bad as it gets and the new windows passed with flying colors! The proof of a good company is how it responds to an issue after the job is completed. It was raining and one of the windows leaked a bit. We called Infinity and they said we’ll be out today. The service manager arrived two hours later and said the chalk gapped a little and we’ll take care of it and they did.
