"Francis is very pleasant but did not measure correctly and had to buy more material during the project. Because of this he wanted to charge more but with some back and forth regarding the postponed work and lots of confusion he finally accepted the original amount charged."

"the leak was discovered Wednesday morning. Water was already leaking to the second floor. Sheri Lane was wonderful to place a claim for us, however the Friday scheduled service was just not responsive enough for us and we had the work done for $399.00. I'm sending in a paid invoice for reimbursement consideration. As a Homeowner, we just needed to minimize secondary damage that we realize is not covered under the home warranty. Many Thanks, Rudy & Diane Davis"

"Sam demo'd and rebuilt our kitchen after a flood. Floors, cabinets, counters, backsplash and everything inbetween. Very happy with our final result!"

"The person I spoke with was courteous and a good communicator. He was thorough and informative. Construction project is not yet finished. I will contact them when the time comes to install carpet."

"Joshua arrived and I gave him my long list . He breezed through it. He assembled a shelf and attached it to the wall. Hung 2 jersey display boxes. And hung 2 curtain rods. It doesn't seem like a lot but it was and I forgot to turn on the fan. Poor guy suffered without complaint. The price was reasonable. My husband had knee surgery and we are so grateful to Joshua for his help. TY"
