"Mikey and Chris did an exemplary job! They arrived on time after calling me to advise their estimated arrival time. They did some minor repairs on my roof (eliminating some nail pops; added caulking around flashing, and sealed a seam that had never been properly sealed on my two-year old roof) to prevent future leaks, cleaned all my gutters, and installed two splash guards to help reduce my water runoff problem during severe rainstorms. They also provided a comprehensive photo album of my roof showing it's current condition and the "before and after" of each repair that they made. I am very pleased with AROCON and definitely will use them in the future. Highly recommend!"

Except for the damaged pieces of drywall inside and around the old skylight when the new skylight was installed. $200 was deducted from the bill for fixing the drywall. I appreciate this very much. I also appreciated that your service immediately responded on the same day last Thursday after I found the rain water running between gutter and soffit on the part of back of the house.
