Tart's came onsite and carefully considered my needs and the layout (nearly an acre) of my yard. I received the quote that same day broken out the way I requested. Over the next week I had a few clarifying questions that were answered swiftly and professionally. Based on comparison with a bid and interaction with another installer I selected Tart's. Work began within days and was completed quickly. While there is no way to install an irrigation system without disturbing the lawn I was surprised at how well my yard looked when they were done. And during the install I asked for some additional work that was completed at a very reasonable additional cost. I would recommend Tart's without hesitation."

"In April, I pre-paid for a full year of service to take advantage of discount pricing. When I signed up and paid, I was told a technician would be out within a week to begin services. The plan included six lawn treatments, and according to the company’s website, these treatments are supposed to occur every 6–7 weeks. That did not happen. The first treatment did not occur until May 20, nearly a month later. After that, more than 8 weeks passed without service. I called to follow up and received a text message from technician Brandon stating that he would be out the next day. No one came. After multiple follow-ups, he finally showed up on July 17. Since then, more than 11 weeks have passed (today is October 1) with no further service. My repeated calls, voicemails, and attempts to contact the company through its customer portal have gone unanswered. Fairway Green Lawn Care has failed to provide services within the timeframes it promises both on its website and in its communications with me. Proper lawn care requires consistent and timely treatments, which I did not receive. Save yourself the headache and find a more reliable lawn care service."

"More Like Eastern 1/3 of your lawn Maintenance! I watched my service provider on Ring cameras perform service on 3,600 square feet and ignore the front and side lawns, 6,200 square feet. But my bill reflected 10,000 square feet of service. When I called to question this, they didn't seem to care and I canceled my account. Then I got a p*****-off call from the guy who serviced my lawn (which I did not request), trying to justify the lack of work done on my property. I am still waiting on a call from the 'office manager' about making this right, but I doubt that will come. Attached is an image from the untreated portion of the property, that was nice green grass a year ago (and 1,500 bucks ago) and now it's not doing so well, I wonder what it would have looked like had it been properly serviced!!!"

"Same owner as RD Construction of Wendell! I do not recommend this company, Owner Dylan Leonard, took our 2nd installment & left our project unfinished. Couldn't contact him anymore & after 5 months had to take him to court! He never showed & I proved my case to the Judge and he ruled in my favor! Still haven't recovered any funds. He has nothing in his name so be careful who you hire!"

"If I could give them zero stars, I would. Bruce's crew is the most unprofessional group of people I've ever dealt with. They lie, do sloppy work, and then have the audacity to yell at me and call me names when I try to talk to them about it. They accused me and others of yelling at their crew members, but that's not true. I have everything recorded, and I'm going to share it with the HOA and other communities in the area so everyone knows what they're like. I suggest that if anyone looks for a company to do lawn care... look elsewhere."
