"Wonderful! We invited Rob to return for this recent plumbing job. A few months ago, he replaced the hot water tank in our house. Rob was on time, explained the repairs he needed to make, worked overtime with the hot water tank job (never charging overages), and came back today and offered a bit of ‘free’ advice for a repair we could fix on our own. Rob is professional and extremely personable. I’m sure Rob is making his father proud as he takes over the family business."

"A four year old Kenmore labeled LG mfg'd refrigerator failed. Mr Appliance, who was the service contract agent, was able to discern the problem and through problem elimination repair the refrigerator. While the entire length of time it took to get the refrigerator operating properly was far to long this was not Mr Appliance's fault as he had to abide by the service contract terms. Bottom line here is that Mr. Appliance did his work in a timely, neat and professional manner. However if you are in the market for a new refrigerator DO NOT CONSIDER LG. In four years this refrigerator has had 4 compressors and at least 4 other parts replaced. And while the unit is currently working that is no guarantee it will continue to do so... based on previous experience! <br />"

"I should note that this provider is not within close proximity to my home so that is the primary reason I would not use again. The provider's office is kind of shabby looking but if you're looking for small engine or power equipment repair you're not likely going to be swayed by that sort of thing. The man that waited on me was the owner and I believe one of his employees just quit so he was rather overwhelmed. This was likely the reason I waited longer than promised for the quote on the chainsaw. I cannot speak to his actual ability on repairs as he recommended I not repair the chainsaw (it was quite old & in a lot of disrepair) as it would be more costly to repair than to purchase a new one. All in all, a good guy w/ a good business. If I lived in the area I would consider him again. The estimate itself was ~ $35."
