Inspectioneering LLC performed a home inspection, radon inspection, and wood-destroying insect inspection. Given that the day of the inspection had snow on the roof, Rob noted that he would try again after completion of the radon inspection (radon inspection requires 48 hours of monitoring). There was enough snow melted that Rob was able to fly his drone to inspect the roof where snow was not present. Inspectioneering LLC can also coordinate inspections of the sanitary sewer with Sewer Flow and inspections can occur at the same time. Rob was thorough in his explanations and helpful in explaining what an inspection is and what an inspection is not.
