"Excellent work by Eddie and his helper. He was able to replace my water heater on the same day I called. I had originally called Home Depot to do the job but they couldn't do it because the door entry of my water heater closet was too small to remove the old water heater. The frame had to be taken out and I was told to call a door framer or take it off myself. I figured I would just call a handyman who could do it all. Glad I did. Fast, efficient, professional, and quality work product. Oh, and he saved me a few hundred dollars from Home Depot's estimate. Now having him repair my roof trim boards."

"I called Jack at Moretto after getting stood up by another plumber 3 times.  Jack showed up when he said he would and was more than professional.  He wore shoe covers and was open and honest about the problem.  Jack is the third plumber I have had out.  First plumber didn't show.  Second plumber charged me $55 service fee and said there was no problem.  Jack took the time to ask me what my concern was and actually find the problem.  He did not charge a service call just to come give me a quote.  He had to order parts and when they arrived the next week we scheduled a time for the repair.  Completed the work and cleaned up any mess.  Very satisfied.  One of the more honest and open service providers I have dealt with in a long time.  Thanks for the work Jack! <br />"

Both of those companies came up with quotes of $3-4K which included digging up the front yard and replacing the water main. My wife decided to call one more company, Neighborhood Plumbers. The team that came to our house had 30+ years of experience. They were able to come up with several possible solutions that wouldn't require digging up our yard. In the end, they were able to repair the leak for a about $300. They were punctual and professional."

Pricing was at the high end of the quote range, but not obscene, and what I received in return was a white-glove service using an enclosed trailer with an experienced professional. Complete inspection of the car before and after, with pictures noting the exact condition of the car, interior and exterior - including the milage and contents of the glove box. This is not a subcontracting / middle-man company like so many auto transport vendors are - they bid on and perform the work themselves through their well-established and successful freight business. I wouldn't hesitate to put another high-value automobile into their care."

"Approximately 5 month extensive remodel of 1953 ranch style house. James Lewis and partner Mike did excellent job as contractor to coordinate the work with other service contractors, adjust job items as needed and oversee quality of work in general - very easy to work with and straighforward in business dealings. Mr Lewis provided a detailed estimate of all the job items requested. Changes made in costs due to change in materials or additional work needed were discussed as work progressed and provided at invoicing - the detail made the invoicing clear and easy to follow. Any changes required - we ran into further electric and plumbing repair needed - were discussed and approved beforehand. Of special note was their willingness and ability to meet a move-in deadline; I was leasing another residence during the repair. <br /> All the workers involved in the different stages of work were professional and great to work with - they were meticulous with their work and ensured it was top quality.
