"I signed the contract 10/23/19 with an expected pick up date by the end of the month. Heard on 10/30 that the transport had broken down and needed repairs. Talked to contact on 10/31 and reviewed alternative arrangements. Second transport option bailed out due to an emergency. Third option discussed. 11/05. I followed up and was told a driver was on the way. Pickup occurred 11/7 and delivery was 11/12. I paid extra for door to door service, but the transport could not navigate the residential streets, so pickup was in a mall parking lot. For the money paid, things could have gone more smoothly. Communication was okay, but given the starts and stops more wold have been better."

"This was the easiest part of the remodel as from or ding to install they did everything like it should be done and for price the beat offers we had by a lot and even had to order special for one color. The install was easy and they cleaned any thug that was there which was not much as they used vacuum cleaner with any tools they used. We had 40 square feet of tops. Would for sure use them again."

Most of the contractors told me I'd need a completely new door. One said I'd have to replace the entire door frame as well as the door. Dennis came out, took a look at the door, and said it was a simple fix. I don't know precisely what he did but after a couple of hours work he had the door opening/closing easily and smoothly.
