"John did an outstanding job. Our project was complicated because we had a very long motorized awning that was attached to the house that needed to be removed. Then aluminum siding needed to be installed to cover the area that held the awning. Our house is about 33 years old and finding aluminum siding that matched the original siding was no easy task. We contacted about ten painters from Angie’s list and only a few were willing/able to tackle all this. John was the one we chose. He was meticulous about hunting down aluminum siding panels that matched the house. He was equally meticulous taking down the gutters and reattaching them using new, more modern hardware. We have an expensive Pella sliding exterior door that he spray-painted and now looks as good as the original factory finish. I could go on and on but you get the drift. If you are looking for a reliable, reasonably priced painting perfectionist, your search is over!"

"Savant did an amazing job on our project. They had the whole job completed in 2.5 days. The pricing was very competitive. We received several quotes for the work and Savant was cheaper than most other contractors. With the service and quality of work we received I would say they are well worth the the cost. We even had some leaking on the garage roof and where other companies had quoted us to replace all of the wood for the roof, Savant was able to replace just the rotted boards and saved us hundreds if not thousands. Excellent work at an excellent price."

He quickly identified and fixed a number of potential sale violations (e.g., carpentry, concrete, downspouts, etc.) and even offered a couple of landscape fixes. "I'm completing this review for may sister Barbara G. , Parma Ohio who is 82 year old, on a fixed income, is legally blind, and does not have access to the internet. Alan Luf did several projects for my sister starting in 2012. All of them satisfactory. So she did not hesitate to contact him to renovate her kitchen. Work started mid Aug 2019. Most of the work was completed in Aug 2019. He was paid in full because he promised to return to complete the job. Contractor returned in Oct 2019 to compete work - backsplash and molding and trim. Backsplash could not be completed because one box of the blacksplash material was the wrong style. Contractor had to reorder to complete the work. My sister spoke to the contractor several times from Oct 2019 thru Mar 2020. He said he had the correct backsplash and would be over to complete the job. He was always a 'no show'. He now does not return her phone calls. Contractor is accepting work from other customers and completing those jobs, but he is either unable or unwilling to complete the kitchen project for my sister. At this point she is asking him to give her all materials needed to complete the work plus a refund so she can hire another contractor to complete the kitchen renovation. I have sent hm a message on Facebook, wrote a review on his Facebook page, sent him a certified letter regarding return of materials and a refund. There had been no response from him."
