Hanged 2 new interior doors; repaired the hinge on an existing interior door; patched and painted holes left behind in our kitchen and foyer; removed a screen door and cleaned up and painted the door frame; added trim to a closet door then painted the trim, closet door, and closet interior. He finished all this work in 2 days, the work was done to a high standard, and the price was reasonable. He's a professional with good attention to detail and very reliable. I highly recommend this company for residential repair work."

"IFRC is fantastic to work with: responsive, professional, and thorough in understanding our needs. We needed a shower curtain rod installed into marble tile and a TV mount installed into a marble-tiled wall. I have included photos of the end result for reference. I realize they may seem like small projects, but as new homeowners, my husband and I were so nervous about drilling through marble. Both installations were done perfectly and precisely on time. I forgot the name of the colleague who performed the work, but he was fantastic, too. After mounting the TV, he took the time to help my husband take the TV back down and attach all the cables and Apple TV before re-mounting it. "I hired Val to install a drywall ceiling and install recessed lights in a three-season room in my home and retained him for various other remodeling projects. He also installed drywall in the basement, replaced an exterior fireproof door, cut through with concrete saw / framing, refinished cinder block wall with mesh / cement, painted walls, painted cement floor, power-washed chimney, filled gaps with mortar. "We had an old deck that needed to be replaced.  When the old deck came down we had to do some grading of the soil.  Jim worked with us to schedule himself and the tractor work to make this happen.  The new deck exceeds our expectations.  Jim has great attention to detail and made sure that every part of the deck looked correct and pleasing to the eye.  We added string lights and outdoor lights to the project and he was happy to add that as well.  It is very hard to find people who are excited about your project and take ownership of it.  We found that in Jim and his team!  We are SUPER happy and would reccommend Jim to anyone.

"Everything turned out very nicely and I was extremely pleased with the quality of work done. Thomas and his assistant arrived on time and did a fantastic job; very neat, clean and the result is exceptional . They replaced the damaged walls in my long hallway and bedroom and in a few other small areas with 3 coats plaster, primer and painted entire area. This was a 2 day job and since the job was finished sooner than expected and he had the time, he agreed to paint the interior of the garage which really needed a thorough cleaning.
