"Great experience from start to finish. The quote was reasonable and they offer a better warranty than the other 3 companies I got bids from. The project took two days. The crew were on time both days and left the place clean and debris free. The fence looks great."

"If you need a handyman, Carlos Painting and Handyman services are absolutely the way to go! From the first correspondence, Carlos was professional and prompt.  His work (and that of his very capable assistant Luis)  included the following:

• *installing doorknobs and smoke alarms,

*sealing, priming and painting the outside of our living room and dining room windows,
*completely redoing a skylight in the kitchen (cleaning, scraping, priming, painting) It's absolutely beautiful and has changed the look and feel of our whole kitchen!
*installing two light fixtures (this included fixing the wiring in both),
 *painting kitchen cabinets,
*regrouting the kitchen sink,
*priming and painting the baseboards in the living room, dining room and hallway,
*fixing a water damaged wall
*Priming and painting the trim around the living and dining room windows.
*priming and painting the wall around the living room windows
*removing the carpet in the  large  hallway and cleaning up the hardwood underneath, (gorgeous)
*taking the paint off of some tiling in the bathroom.
Carlos brought all of the supplies and even went to home depot to pick up some items for projects that I had added to the original list.  Carlos is a perfectionist who takes great pride in his work.
He is a great listener when you explain what you need and makes valuable suggestions!
I love walking around the house and seeing all of the wonderful improvements.  If houses could smile, mine would have the biggest around.
Thank you Carlos, I look forward to our next project !

"Mega Power Electric is an excellent company to work with. Gary and his team are knowledgeable, honest, and will go out of their way to get the job done right. We installed panels and solar battery storage unit in our home and we're reaping the benefits of being clean and green."

"IVS built a beautiful new fence + rolling driveway gate in our front yard. Ignacio and his team are true metal and wood craftsman who completed our project on time on and on budget. Regular communication, beautiful work, and clean up were some of the best I've seen compared to past construction projects. Our driveway had a slope, making installing a rolling gate particularly challenging. The gate fits perfectly and the mechanisms are as smooth as butter. I was happy to see that IVS didn't cut corners and installed plenty of rebar in the foundations for the driveway and pedestrian gates, used high quality hardware, etc.. Getting metal posts didn't cost much more and I think we'll be happy for many years and not worry that the posts rot would rot all wood fences eventually do. I will be using IVS for all future fence and gate work."

"A great and very professional experience from start to finish. Nato and his crew from the first day to the last arrived on time, worked very hard, cleaned up every day after themselves, knew what they were doing, worked with us on design changes, provided suggestions that were value added and always respectful of the original design. It was a real pleasure to work with people that are very respectful and professional. Even thought we had a lot more rain than is expected for this time of the year, they continued to work and finished on time!! I cannot stress how easy it was to work with these people! I would not think of hiring anyone else and intend to hiring them again for our next project!"

"

It went beautifully! After each step Mr. Rizzo informed me of what he was doing. He was very patient with allowing me to stay around and watch and ask questions! I would highly recommend Mr. Rizzo and most definitely from now on, he will be one we call. He was professional and knew exactly what he was doing. You could not find a better handyman. We chose Mr. Rizzo from the excellent reviews he had received on Angie's List. We are happy to add to the reviews.

"Recino fencing was extremely professional! No nonsense they were in and out! My fences are beautiful. If we ever need additional fencing Lance is the guy! I’m sooooo happy!"

"Moises was our contractor and he and his crew, Santiago and Alexandro, were prompt, cooperative and careful. When any communication problems arose both Moises and Aviv were quick to make it right and made sure we were satisfied with everything. They never pulled crew to work other projects, as often happens, and we were impressed with their dedication to customer service! They finished a bit ahead of schedule and on budget, cleaned up after themselves and were unfailingly pleasant. Thanks, guys!"

"Excellent. Flawless. Finished the project on time . Very pleasant to work with. Efficient crew . Program manager handled all the permits and logistics of of construction in a very difficult area on the Berkeley Hills. We have had many repair and new construction projects done on my two houses in the Berkeley hills. This project was handled more professionally than any other in the past. Thank you."
