In a panic I called Earle and he totally understood that I could not have the kitchen light not working during the open house.   He did as much as he could with PG&E, testing and trouble shooting at my property with PG&E on the phone.  PG&E came out and replaced the smart meter but we were still having problems.  So while this was going on,  Earle was dealing with a very serious and important family matter and he couldn't personally come out to help me retest with PG&E after the smart meter was replaced.  So Earle very kindly called in a favor with a  friend of his and asked him to come and help me as Earle's crew was tied up on other jobs.  In the end, it all worked out and I am so thankful for Earle and his crew.  I highly recommend them!  <br /> <br /> <br />"
