"I recently bought a 2-flat with a flat roof that was in really rough shape and especially difficult, it was multiple layers deep and completely in shambles. David and team did an outstanding job: 1. Tearing off multiple layers of old, crumbling roof 2. Installing new insulation and granulated roofing 3. Spot repairing brickwork around the chimneys and edges 4. Spot tuckpointing the front limestone of the building 5. Cleaning the property afterwards The job was done in a total of 4 days, 2 for the tear off and re-roofing and 2 for the masonry/tuckpointing work. "Our roof was damaged in the storm. After looking on Angie we were quickly contacted by a number of companies, AWG was the most professional, they were fast and their fee was fair. EDITED: 2 months later one of the chimney caps was blown off the roof, yes it was windy but NOT stormy and there had been stronger winds since the installation, this makes me question if the chimney cap was properly installed. According to them to replace it will take TWO men, and a brand new chimney cap for nearly half the cost of the total original repair. I was able to reshape with chimney cap and do believe it can be reused. But the condo owners all question whether or not it was properly installed. I will not try to slam the company but I do question the quality of the installation."
