We had roaches off and on for many months, despite a good cleaning regime etc., and eventually realized other units in our shared building had the same issues. Mica quickly and precisely diagnosed the source of the issue, was real with us about time and possible costs, worked with us in coordinating multiple units, patiently answered all questions, and in the end helped my neighbors and I deal with this extremely persistent issue in a relatively short time frame. He approached treatment with a lot of care and thought, in particular listening and adjusting for our concerns re: safety of our young toddler. This was a big one for us! Plunkett’s was a bit more expensive than some other pest control companies we looked at, but neighbors had already tried multiple other services and it never got rid of the issue. In the end, it was probably cheaper than multiple ineffective treatments, but more importantly we haven’t seen a roach in several months."

"<p>The company was affordable and able to come at a convenient time. We had a pretty serious spider infestation on the property. We had just bought the house and there were nests, webs, and impressively sized spiders everywhere outside the property.<br /> <br /></p> <p>The first spraying was unfortunately unsuccessful. Within one week all of the webs that had been removed by the American Pest Solutions tech were re-spun and the spiders were back to dominating our property. We had a few that managed to make webs clear across our whole double car garage door and across the entire gangway between our house and the next door house in that single week! These webs were so bad that we could not use the gangway and the spiders pretty much dictated our pathway through the yard and into the garage. </p> <p>Obviously disappointed in the return of the spiders, we called American Pest Solutions and explained that the original spray was unsuccessful and that the spiders were back in full force. They were very polite, apologized, and came immediately back out to the property to re-spray at no added cost. This second spray did the job. The property appears to be spider free and will hopefully stay that way throughout the winter.</p> <br />"

"Went awesome 1st visit they inspected, attic, roof & soffit's everywhere found no source of entry and the critter was silent on the 1st visit (of course). We opened the wall where the scratching was and found no evidence of animal only the vent stack pipe. We banged on it but thought highly unlikely it was in there and didn't hear anything at the time. The set 2 traps in the wall and left. About 2 hours later, 4:30 scratching cam back. I called and left message for answering service. They called me 1st thing the next morning and they were here by 10:00 am. The looked closer at the vent stack in the basement and roof and they found it stuck. Frank and Alex from critter control helped cut out a piece of the vent pipe and fished it out right then and there. They taped it back up until I could put a perm fix in place and screened off the top of the stack on the roof. they were done in a little over an hour. Top notch guy's very knowledgeable, great communicators told me whats going on every step of the way. I couldn't be more pleased!! Way to go Frank & Alex!!"

"Had originally called another pest control service to get rid of mom and <br /> baby raccoons in my attic. They nailed cage to roof and caught male and <br /> then the mother raccoon.  Came back a couple of times to try to scoop <br /> up babies from attic but could not find them. Suggested cutting holes in <br /> my ceiling (!) to try and find them.  I asked about putting baited <br /> cages in attic instead.  Guy said he's check with his boss.  Then, on <br /> Saturday I called them again as baby raccoons were screaming and clawing <br /> at my light fixtures & ceiling speaker system.  They said sorry, <br /> but they do not work weekends or holidays and couldn't come out until <br /> Tuesday. Also said sorry, couldn't recommend anyone else either.   <br /> SO GLAD I called Carl of  Carl's Wildlife Control.  Called him  Saturday night and he came out <br /> right away on Sunday morning. Set traps in attic and came back Monday <br /> and captured the babies!  He left them in baited cage in attic to lure <br /> any other babies into cages.  Cleaned out everything this morning.  So <br /> efficient and professional.  JUST EXCEPTIONAL SERVICE!  I would use him <br /> again and highly recommend him!  <br /> <br />"

"Ryan came at the appointed time & professionally explained the procedure and pricing. Performed an all-sides-of-house inspection to confirm only one animal access point. Secured several humane traps on roof near access. I chose to call Ryan each morning to report on the contents of the traps rather than have him make a daily trip. Caught 4 squirrels in 3 days. Traps were removed & access sealed up after 3 days of no further activity. Very professionally done. Definitely I would hire Animal Control Specialists again. Recommend them highly."

"Nice guy, very efficient.  Knew exactly where best places were to apply treatment.  Provided some education about our particular issue.  Within a week the ant problem was completely gone.  This may be an annual event for us not sure since this was the first time for us using a pest control specialist.  But if it is, it's certainly worth the $100.  Problem is completely gone for now. <br />"
