We had a shower enclosure and glass doors installed by ANOTHER professional - and the doors were never right - didn't close properly, slanted, leaked, etc. etc. When that person finally just called it a "design defect" by Delta - which we did not believe - we gave up on him. Then called Alex... It was a difficult job because the shower frame itself was not put in correctly, but he was able to adjust brackets, use a plastic tubing to assist in sealing, etc. - definitely thinking out of the box - and all is well, finally! He is considerate, prompt, courteous and knowledgeable. I would CERTAINLY recommend him, and use in the future for any type of service/repair he is able to perform!"
