"We arranged a day to have the work done.  Due to a rain storm, the
original day for the work to be done had to be moved on short notice. 
The communication about moving the day was via a phone call, text
message and email - which I thought was excellent. 
When the new appointment day came, the crew arrived 10 minutes early. 
Everyone introduced themselves, josh reviewed the work to be done with
me, and then with the crew.  After that the crew positioned the truck,
got out their gear and got right to work.  The trees are too big for
them to use a truck or ladders, so they used ropes to climb up into the
tree canopy (no spikes used) and started pruning and removing dead
branches.  They worked for 4 hours with no breaks, stopped for about an
hour at lunch time, then did another 2 hours.  After the trimming work,
there was a bunch of branches on the ground, which they put through
their chipper/shredder, raked up the area, and used a blower to finish. 
If you didn't know what had happened, you'd never have been able to
tell anything was previously on the lawn.
All in all - it was a quality experience.  Work was done right by a
professional crew.  Communication was excellent.  Price was fair and
reasonable.  I'd definitely be willing to hire them again."

"Dan and his crew were great, always on time or early. They removed all old and disposed of debris each day. Installed new exactly as had been discussed. Extremely hard workers and perfectionists at making everything fit perfectly. Entire job was completed in three and half days. Was like coming home to different house. Had hard rain storm day they finished, next morning everything was perfect, just as had been discussed. We used to have large puddles on patio after rain, they graded where new patio is so water flows away from patio and into ground. They even spread all the excess topsoil they removed from old patio into all bare spots we have (had) in our yard. Great attention to detail."

"Rightway Waterproofing is the company you want to come and waterproof your basement. I had initially set up a job looking for pros through Angie's List. I was contacted by Rightway Waterproofing via phone and email but did not respond as life happens. Well it rained really heavy again in August and I had more water in the basement. I reached out to them on a Friday and Albert contacted me immediately. They were able to come out on Monday to look at my property. Jake was thorough and friendly. He let me know what he thought we needed, explained everything thoroughly and gave us a quote which was completely reasonable. We accepted the bid and work was to commence on Thurs as they had an opening. Work was completed in one day. The area was kept pristine and they did an amazing job. The crew was courteous to my family. I could not recommend them more. I hope to have them out again at some point to finish my basement area as well. Try to keep in mind that during the season of covid many families are looking for ways to make more space in their homes or to have to home projects done. "He was thorough and honest. I felt that he knew what he was talking about. What they wanted to do, my parents could not afford. My parents were already tied into a contract before we got the full estimate. They were not upfront with their estimate. If you do not have the work done that they suggest, they will not guarantee it. It will void the warranty. It was a five year warranty. They broke stuff during the removal. There was a lot of labor time wasted. They promised me that they would help my mom make decisions. They did not help her. They mislead me in how they were going to help her decide what to keep and what had to be thrown out. They did get rid of the mold. They did not bother to remove things before they started tearing things out. There were nails and live wires exposed. They told me that it was not safe to have anyone down in the basement. They did not clean up after themselves. The owner has been very responsive to my mother. My husband was able to take care of it. I would not use them again."
