"My home was in shambles because a contractor came in ripped things apart and never returned. I was under a deadline and needed to be in my home in 3 weeks. Fioredano Construction took the job and had me in my home with 2 days to spare. The work on the inside of the house included, fixing plumbing problems caused by other contractor, remodeling the bathroom and the kitchen, installing new floors throughout, new light fixtures and ceiling fans, painting, new interior doors and much more. After I saw the beautiful job they did on the inside I asked them to take care of the problems outside too. The outside work started with crawl space structural repairs. Those repairs included cracks in the foundation, rotting wood and split beams, removing deteriorated and moldy insulation, remediating mold elsewhere in the crawl space and building new pillars. After those repairs were done, they reinsulated and encapsulated the space. They also installed new siding, new soffit, a new garage door, repaved the driveway, poured new concrete walkways, built a beautiful new deck in my backyard, installed new sod in the front yard. Their prices are more than fair, and their work is impeccable. I am thrilled with my home transformation and so are my neighbors. When you hire them, I am sure you will be just as happy as I am with your final product."

I wish I had joined Angie's list years ago simply for the opportunity to spread the word about Alan D Drake Inc. Over the years he and his crew have done various jobs for my two homes. When I moved into my larger home my husband and I came across Alan when we were looking for a painter, basement remodeling work and bathroom re-do. My husband was so impressed he didn't even do the standard 3 quotes. We hired Alan and have never looked back and always recommend him. He took an idea I had for my basement and helped me design and make my dream come true! His staff and #1 man, Carl, were always professional and courteous and always left the site clean. Any and all questions were answered. I never felt uncomfortable having them in my home with my children and new dog. At that home we had the basement gutted and redone completely including a wet bar, full bath, egress window, new flooring, lighting , etc. Also at that home the back hall gutted, rebuilt, powder room converted to a laundry room, tile floor laid and the upstairs hall bath gutted and redone. Also the entire home interior painted.

He also repainted my original home that I was using as a rental property as well as various repairs to the home. Prior to selling that larger, home I always said yes and gladly gave, and still do, Alan a reference and offered prospective customers a  tour of the work in my home.

"I just had 5 windows installed in my home. The 2 guys that did the work George and Derick were not only professional but extremely polite. They took out my old windows and carted them away. My new windows look beautiful. They completely cleaned up the debris. When they left you would have not even known they were here. I highly recommend this company. "We have been trying to find someone to replace my mother's 3 skylights for 2+ years.  We had an initial contractor who went bankrupt.  We were left with skylights but no way to install them.  We found a second contractor who told us they would not fit.  However, they were leaking so we needed them sealed at the very least.  I contacted Angie list who got us in contact with Big E construction.  They came out to inspect the roof, skylights, and our new skylights.  The owner said the small skylight we had would work  and could seal the other two.  We received an estimate which I believed was fair.  He was honest and said he could not guarantee lifetime sealing on the other 2 lights which I understood.  So, I asked if he could measure so I could possibly buy new skylights and have them installed.  He was so kind and sent his foreman over to measure.  Well, to our pleasant surprise he determined that they skylights we had would work.  The foreman spent over 1 1/2 there measuring to make sure things would run smoothly.  We received a new estimate which was $1250.  We had the work done the next day.  They did an excellent job.  He put down drape cloths to minimize any mess.  They cleaned up after every stage.  The skylights were in the same day.  They look amazing!  I would recommend Big E construction to everyone I know!
