"We were looking to renovate just the shower section of a custom bathroom that was done 16 years ago. We went to the Bay State Bath showroom, as like so many others, we saw all the commercials, so we wanted to check them out. We actually met Jennifer Bylo while there, and we arranged for a home visit by Mike Doucie. Mike was excellent and professional, and friendly in his approach with us, and listened to our thoughts and provided many suggestions. He drafted a proposal and a layout for us. We then went back up to the showroom to really examine the products. We were sold. The team that arrived were super friendly, efficient, professional and easy to have in the house. We couldn't be more pleased with the finished product, and are so happy with the way the new shower features blend in with the existing flooring and cabinetry. Five stars to the entire team, from start to finish!"

"I hired US ProPaint and Renovation after meeting JR, discussing my project, and receiving what I thought was a fair and thorough proposal describing the work to be completed in 2 bathrooms. The team that worked in my home was professional, and they arrived on time each day. They were very careful to clean up after themselves each day. JR and his team also made sure, for each key piece of the project, that products were installed as I wanted them and that I was pleased with their progress. The team removed a vanity and granite countertops, installed a new bathroom vanity, installed LVT flooring in 2 bathrooms with transitions to meet the existing wood floors, installed new toilets, and then painted ceilings, doors, trim, and walls. The entire process was excellent and the best experience I’ve had with a company doing renovation work in my home. I’d use US ProPaint again and have recommended them to others."

"I was very impressed from the beginning to the very end of my shower project with Patriots. They were able to take an empty space in my bathroom and create a plan for a shower that would fit in that space. I especially liked how I was able to see and feel some of the components they were going to use, let me pick the colors I needed and showed me pictures of how my new shower would look went it was done. All the workers were very respectful of my house while doing the job, very knowledgeable and explained what they were doing as they went along working. "My pipes froze and burst on a Saturday. Reyes Contractors were working at another site but arrived promptly on Monday morning to replace the pipes. They removed sections of the wall so that insulation could be installed. They began the repair process. An Insurance Adjuster inspected the damage. Once my insurance company sent the money for full repairs, I asked Wil Reyes to come and give me an estimate. William Reyes has a great team of contractors and painters. They even moved my furniture into and out of the Pod. My ceiling was repaired. Installation was inserted into the vulnerable areas of the walls and the ceiling. New sheetrock was applied, , sanding was done, the walls and ceiling were primed and painted. My living room was like new! I asked if I could add installation of a dishwasher and painting my bathroom. The guys removed old border, sanded and painted. All of this was done at a reasonable price. This team works hard. I would definitely recommend them."
