"All three jobs went great. For the water heater replacement Lewis came to my house at a convenient time for me, removed the heater changed out the rotted pipes and installed a new one with warranty. The price was great too. This job was time sensitive and he made me a priority to get it done. For the bathroom tub drain unclog he was very professional and did a great job. My garbage disposal was leaking and I came home to a pool of water in my cabinet and on the floor. Lewis came out quickly to resolve the issue for me. He replaced everything under the sink and showed me what he was doing each step of the way. I think that he is a great plumber if you want to get quality work and learn about each job too."

As always, the technician was friendly, eager to share her knowledge, super careful of our schedules and impact on the condo, appropriately communicative and best of all went above and beyond the call of duty by repairing without additional charge some wiring that had gone astray (costing her an extra half hour on site). Loved her! Boston Standard has not let me down yet -- pretty expensive but so worth it. Completely free of the contractor hassles people are always complaining about.
