"They did exactly as they told me, they were on time , only charged for one service call even though they came twice and the price very reasonable . But, the main thing was the communication, keeping me informed on the progress of the parts ordered, even sent a picture by text when it arrived. Both times the serviceman, Ronald came, I received a text asking what time I would like to schedule his appointment, another text when he was headed my way along with his picture, a picture of the van he drove, and how long he had worked for the company. When he arrive, he was very professional and courteous, accessed the problem in very little time, then placed the order for the part. I told them, I need my oven working for Thanksgiving. The part was overnighted arrived on Wednesday morning, he arrived that afternoon replaced the part and was done. The owner Greg called me to check to see if we were pleased, if the oven was working properly and to say Happy Thanksgiving! I have not experienced any service like this ever, a lot of other businesses should take note, this is how business should be run and what all customers are looking for Kudos to Mr. Appliance. "As far as I can tell, they did a great job. They answered her questions. The cost was reasonable and everything else. I wouldn't say that they were phenomenal or over the top but, it was good. I would call them again to do work in the future. The best part was that they were responsive, they addressed all of her questions and didn't make her feel sorry for asking them. The only reason I am not going with the A is because she either can't remember or they didn't address what could be going on underneath her house. In my opinion, that would have given them the A. If they had gone and taken a quick look at it and given her a write up. She is struggling to remember what they said if anything. I don't know if it's her, maybe she had a writeup saying, 'here is everything we did' from an invoice perspective. She could go back and reference that. I think that is their only opportunity if that makes sense."

"The heater they supplied was a good one.  However, they sent an inexperienced repairman to replace the heater.  He slipped and fell through our newly remodeled bathroom.  The company repaired the hole in the wall with the wrong texture and then wrong the  type of grout.  We are going to have ceiling repaired by a company recommended by the my daughter who works for one of the largest builders in the country.  I have cancelled my service with the warrantee company.  I now have to pay an additional $150.00 to have the ceiling refloated and all the wrong grout taken off and replaced with the correct type. <br /> <br /> *In response to service provider response: We hired 1 contractor that they recommended. He came out and said that he did a lot of work for High Tech. He fell through the ceiling that same day. We called High Tech the same day. They wanted my husband to go up in to the ceiling to get a model number. He is 79 years old and could not do that. We then had to contact a different service provider and pay an extra $150.00."
