They ended up having to tear out the perimeter foundation and add drains and replace our sump pump, next big rain it leaked again and they came out and redone everything again and added a bigger sump pump and that did the trick, we have been basement flood free for 5 years now thanks to everdry. "Y'all. I'm putting these people in my phone contacts as "My Plumbers." If being able to trust the people working in your home and knowing the work done is solid are your priorities, then stop right now and hire these guys. I have had a journey, and our house is very old. Our plumbing completely failed a week and a half ago, like... dig up the yard failure. After multiple companies either failed to address the problem, didn't show, ripped me off, or actually made the problem worse, I didn't know what to DO! I found these folks on Angie's List, and the reviews got me thinking, so I had them come out for a quote. They were one of the only companies that were able to get me in before Christmas, when all other places were telling me I'd be in a hotel ringing in the new year! They sent out Anthony and Josh. They have been like the plumbing dynamic duo - they communicate efficiently with one another, and know their job well enough that all the bajillions of hiccups inherent to an old house did not stop them from their goal of getting us back in our home for Christmas - and spend part of their Christmas Eve to make sure it happened for my family. AND they came with smiles on their faces in really horrible weather for an outside job in the cold. Anthony and Josh have been 100% honest with me and straightforward. "I called to set up an appointment for an estimate. They were booked for 5 days so I was fine with that. When the manager called and I told him how much water was being lost from a water line I had someone at my door in 30 minutes. Wow! They said it was an emergency and found a couple of men to work on our problem that afternoon. There was someone working on the line until after 11 pm. It was 23 degrees and we begged them to go home much earlier but they refused to leave until we had water. The price was very reasonable. If you have a water line problem, drain or sump pump problem call SDS."

"Lou and Bryce showed up at the time that was discussed. Lou was very polite and professional. He gave us his professional opinion as to what was happening. Last year, we were told by another company that our leech lines had collapsed. Since replacing the leech lines was not an option due to county regulations , we could have been looking at replacing the entire septic system. If we would have had have a new septic system, it could have costs us between $20K-$30K. Lou said he couldn't be sure but he could surely find out what was going on. He called Aaron, he brought out a back-hoe the same day, dug up the area between our septic tanks and distribution box and discovered it was the line between our tanks and distribution box that was clogged solid. We, also, found out the leech lines were working fine. They pumped both our tanks, dug up and replaced the clogged line, put a riser and lid on the distribution box and refilled the hole. We've lived in our home 3 years and have used 2 other companies when we have had issues. Hopefully, our septic issues have been resolved for a while but if anything new arises, we will be calling Aaron/Andrew's Septic."
