"Very quick on finishing project. Was higher bid than other submits and was expecting higher quality structure. Mainly moved up to 6x6 cedar posts for the acceptance of heavy duty hinges to reduce gate sag. Also did a standard build to gate where I feel a triple rail boxed gate would of alleviated the strength and sag issues. Reason for drop of a star. Miscommunication as to expectations with this project. I needed to be more direct to Troy on what was expected. Great job for what was accomplished. Drop of a star mostly due to Gate Sag and will have to be re-worked within a year to address construction issues but, overall the intoxicating smell of fresh cedar can't be enjoyed enough. Thx Troy."

He stayed within his estimates and was also flexible to extra options that we requested during the remodel itself. We were very happy with the work!"

We offer bathroom remodels, which ranges from full remodels to tub and shower replacements, tub-to-shower conversions, safe showers, and more. We are local families serving local families. I need to point out all of the problems are within the warranty period. I have sent emails with pictures of the problems and have texted people, and they have said they will schedule repair, but nothing happens. On the most recent problem I have sent pictures and have received texts back saying, "yes, it's a problem" but can't get anyone to fix it. My opinion is they have no clear chain of command to take care of issues after the install. They advertise we are a small company and can sell for less. The reality is, yes then can sell for less but service after the fact is terrible. The pictures below are poor or failed caulking in less than a year. The other problem I had was the shower bar was installed upside down. That has been repaired but again it took months to get anyone's attention."

The sales person, Randy, helped us figure out what we wanted in an initial consultation. The office crew (Kaylee, Ann) ordered everything and kept us up to date on delivery schedules. The project manager, Justyn, coordinated the work on site as soon as all the materials were available. RenewHome's plumber, Scott, and assistant Jonathan were in and out in a few hours. Then the big work started with a GREAT subcontractor, L and R Home Remodeling LLC. Edgar and his assistant Adir completely rebuilt the bathroom in 3 days and left everything clean at the end of the day.
